Return Policy

We aim to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with an item, our return policy lasts 30 days. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For certain types of items, the seal on the product must remain intact. If the seal is removed from the cap, we are unable to accept the return. Please ensure that these conditions are met to facilitate a smooth return process.

Proof of Purchase

You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase along with your return request. Without this documentation, we cannot carry out a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
